We see the clock, not the content

We know you spent 30 minutes on Instagram — never what you did there. No messages, photos, contacts or browsing history, ever.

Stored securely in Google Cloud with industry-standard encryption, in transit and at rest.

Every account can only ever access its own data. Nobody else's, ever.

Pause tracking anytime in-app, or email us to delete your data outright.

This policy covers what we collect, why, how it's stored, and how you stay in control of it. If anything here is unclear, email us — we'd rather explain it plainly than bury it in legal language.

1. What we collect

  • App usage statistics — how long you spend in each app per day (e.g. "30 minutes on Instagram"), so Actifo can show you insights and power challenges. We only see the duration — never what you did inside the app.
  • Account information — your email or sign-in method (Google or similar), used to create and secure your account.

We do not collect your messages, photos, contacts, browsing history, or any record of what you actually did inside another app — only how long you were in it.

2. Why we collect it

  • To show you insights into your daily app usage.
  • To power features like challenges, QuickCompare and rewards.
  • To help you track progress over time.

3. How your data is stored

  • Stored securely in Google Cloud with industry-standard encryption, both in transit and at rest.
  • Each account can only ever access its own data.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Your control

We plan to offer an in-app "Delete My Data" button soon.

5. Data retention

We keep your app usage data for up to 90 days to show trends and history. After that, it's automatically deleted.
